Hi, I’m Jackie!

As a former collegiate athlete and certified personal trainer with 15+ years of experience of helping individuals inside and out of the gym, I love nothing more than educating, motivating and supporting my clients as they develop and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. My goal is to help you create healthy habits and change behaviors through exercise, proper nutrition, mindfulness, and regeneration.

I played collegiate basketball and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of the Incarnate Word.  Unfortunately, my career with the Cardinals was cut short due to chronic injury, and while my time on the court had ended, my future opened up. During my season of medical red-shirting I discovered kinesiology and the importance of a pain-free, high quality life. I began the next chapter of my life: helping others through coaching and personal training.

My Approach

It all begins with a desire to change your lifestyle. Maybe you are tired of being tired all of the time. Maybe you want want to be a better role model for your children. Or maybe you want to stop having aches and pains in everyday life. Whatever it is, the way you treat your body on a daily basis determines how it’s going to treat you in the future.

Visualize it

Don’t worry about being novice or jumping back into fitness. Self care builds the foundation to your wellness energy system. There’s no better time than now to start creating healthier habits and becoming the best version of yourself.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your wellness journey is never ending. Write our your goals and track them. Make a checklist for your day, week, month. If you track your progress, and see your successes, you are more likely to to stick to that plan of action.
